• Aim : Provide participants with the fundamental knowledge and practical skills to confidently perform ultrasound examinations in swine for pregnancy diagnosis, basic ovarian assessment, and body condition evaluation through back fat assessment.
• Duration : 2 days
• Site : at the customer’s facilities
• Audience : swine producers, technicians, veterinarians, and beginners involved in reproductive management
• Participants : max. 8 participants
• Pre-requisite : Having at least one ultrasound equipment from IMV Technologies The customer must provide: A room for the theoretical session 1 ultrasound unit per 4 participants Approximately 20 sows per day at different stages of pregnancy (20-90 days) Ultrasound gel, gloves, coveralls, and boots
• Registration deadline : 8 weeks before the workshop
