After sales support

IMV Technologies’ equipment is designed to last over time. To ensure the equipment reaches its total lifespan, we offer both preventive and curative maintenance. We also provide maintenance contracts for our equipment if requested. All new equipment comes with a maintenance logbook recalling every single intervention. This enables us to make sure we maintain each machine properly throughout its life cycle.   

In the unlikely event of a breakdown, we offer three types of service: 

  • Telephone support with a free helpline
  • Remote support with TeamViewer
  • Onsite repairs
  • In-house repairs

Equipment installations

Our goal is to provide you with comfort and tran­quility. We therefore always have your equipment installed by one of our specialist service technicians. We install the equipment and configure it to match your needs and the way you work.

Equipment training

After installing your equipment, our service technicians then train your team to use the equipment, so that you can get the most out of it. Our goal is for our customers to be able to perform first level maintenance by themselves. Each training is adapted to meet the specific needs of the customer involved. 

We offer three types of training: 

  • Onsite equipment training after purchase
  • Distributor training sessions at the IMV Technologies corporate offices
  • Equipment training for customers at the IMV Technologies corporate offices

Our customer care team covers every species for which we provide equipment. This includes bovine, swine, equine, aquaculture, ovine, caprine and poultry equipment.

The equipment provided by IMV Technologies holds no secrets for our team. They can service up to about fifty different pieces of equipment.
