Installation training IVOS II FLUO

Aim : understand and master each step of semen analysis on a computer-Assisted sperm Analyser such as CEROS II or IVOS II

Audience : daily operational individuals, DVM’s, Scientists, Lab managers
Participants : max. 6 people
Pre-requisite : all the future users of the equipment should be attending. Participants should have a willing to learn and to practice on laboratory equipments. For this training, raw semen, fresh and frozen doses semen of good and bad quality with different concentrations (if known) are needed. Warming stage, tubes, tips, extender and calibrated micropipettes are mandatory

Learning Tools : At the end of the training, participants will understand the impact of pipetting on semen quality, will be able to prepare, pipette and analyse samples with or without fluorescence, to use the multiple features of software and hardware and perform basic troubleshooting.
