Location : Home based with regular commuting to L’Aigle (Normandy)
Position in Organization
Position is part of the HR Global team and reports to the Chief HR Officer.
The current HR team is built as follows.
Working as a team to build and implement HR strategy and supporting the 6 local CFO’s (with local HR representative role) of the smaller affiliates.
Position Summary
The Group is on high growth path aiming for a €200M turnover within 5 years, through both organic growth and acquisitions, fully supported by the Shareholder (Private Equity Firm).
In order to join this target the Group has to improve its organization, processes and systems.
The transformation program has several objectives: Scale operations, strengthen foundations, streamline and improve processes, establish competitive systems and tools, drive efficiency and set up a strong continuous improvement and learning culture across the organisation.
In order to support IMV’s strategy and vision a Group HR structure has been set up, with the following functional priorities:
Current HR maturity is basic, and we have many projects to drive: set up a Talent management program, set up a Core HR, put in place an LMS, design HR tools, Group policies, develop a Global Leadership program, strengthen internal communication.
The purpose of this position in the next five years is to be part of the core HR team who will support this HR strategy deployment, by taking ownership of some Global HR development projects and providing expertise in the Talent Management and Leadership. This position is working in very close cooperation with the Talent Acquisition and HR Development Manager and will provide each other with cross functional support.

Previous Experience
With a higher education background in HR or Leaning & Development or Psychology, the selected applicant will have a proven track record (5 years minimum) in an HR development function (HR development, talent management) in an international group, within an industrial multicultural environment.
Talent management experience has been developed in a best-in-class talent development environment.
The applicant should have a good understanding of how organizations operate and bring experience of delivering and using career and personality assessment tools.
Mastery of the back office.
