- IMV International Corporation, IMV Italy and IMV India are wholly owned subsidiaries.
- IMV SA handles the development and manufacture of animal reproduction products and equipment. It markets these in countries not covered by the group's subsidiaries.
- Cryo Bio System is responsible for the development and marketing of assisted reproductive technologies and cellular life preservation products.
